Once complete, right-click on fix.bat, then click Run as Administrator. Please download the two attachments below and save them to your Desktop: You will receive a message that the restore point was created successfully, click Close to exit. Enter a name to identify your restore point and click Create. On the System Protection tab, click the Create. On the left-hand side click on System protection. Change the View by: setting to Small icons. Click on Control Panel, a window will open.
